Job Description
Holistic Buildcon seeks a creative Real Estate Architect (0–4 years) for full-time, in-person work in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role involves developing architectural and interior concepts, preparing detailed drawings, BOQ and quantity calculations, producing 3D visualizations, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, conducting site inspections, ensuring code compliance, and managing project timelines.
- Technical skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop; strong visualization and detailing.
- Knowledge: space planning, material selection, building codes; excellent communication.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture preferred.
- Compensation: ₹18,00–₹50,00/month; paid time off and provident fund.
- Work arrangement: In-person in Vashi — reliable commute or relocation required.
