Job Description
A leading builder overseeing multiple projects in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is in search of a Legal Professional (Advocate) with 5 to 7 years of experience in the Real Estate sector.
The successful candidate will have:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and typing in Marathi.
- Strong expertise in property due diligence, MOU drafting, and property transfers.
- Experience in RERA registrations and compliance.
- Proficiency in customer flat documentation and handling legal affairs.
- Capability in managing society formation and associated compliance.
- Experience in court proceedings and coordination.

Salary: ₹600,00 – ₹700,00 per annum
