Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as an RCU FRM Team Member. Your role will focus on the detection and prevention of fraud in Mobile Banking, Net Banking, and UPI transactions, aimed at minimizing financial losses.
Key responsibilities include monitoring transactions in real time, contacting cardholders for transaction confirmations, and preparing various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
We seek candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, logical and analytical abilities, and proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel.
