Job Description
Guild IT Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced QuickBook Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing weekly expense entries, updating profit and loss statements, and accurately posting payroll journal entries. Additional responsibilities include generating weekly exception reports, conducting monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, and preparing year-end financial packages.
We welcome applicants with over 2 years of QuickBooks bookkeeping experience and a strong attention to detail to apply for this position.
