Job Description
Swifcon Pvt Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE), Technology (BTech), or a relevant Diploma. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, demonstrating expertise in both Civil and MEP disciplines. Strong proficiency in Excel and exceptional English communication skills are essential.
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and managing project reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at ₹50,00.00/month | Benefits include cell phone reimbursement.
