Job Description
Sanvi Business is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our leading team. The ideal candidate is a male with a two-wheeler, possessing a minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in residential and commercial buildings.
Key responsibilities include client and subcontractor billing, mobilizing sub-contractors, and conducting site visits as required. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and AutoCAD, along with good English communication skills, is essential. We prefer candidates who have primarily office experience.
Immediate joiners are preferred. Work location is in Nungambakkam, with a full-time schedule offering a salary between ₹40,00.00 – ₹55,00.00 per month.
