Job Description
Position 1: Junior Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Male candidates preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in client billing.
- Must possess a two-wheeler.
- Good English communication skills required.
- Experience in subcontractors billing and residential/commercial projects.
- Stable work history with a minimum of 2-3 years at previous companies.
Position 2: Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Male/Female candidates with a two-wheeler are welcome.
- More than 8 years of relevant experience required.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and material reconciliation.
- Experience in consultant coordination and site visits when needed.
