Job Description
New Designer Web Pvt Ltd is urgently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for both junior and senior roles. The job is located in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Experience: Junior: 1-3 Years; Senior: 3-8 Years
Required Skills: Estimation, BOQ preparation, Bill Checking, and experience in Interior Design and Architectural projects.
The successful candidate will review architectural plans, estimate costs, prepare contracts, track budget changes, negotiate with contractors, and analyze project ROI.
Salary: Junior: ₹15,00 – ₹30,00; Senior: ₹40,00 – ₹50,00 per month.
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift.
Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil/Architecture (Required).
