Job Description
KG Bright Enterprises India Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You will manage costs associated with interior design projects, overseeing everything from initial calculations to final figures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and tender documents.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective management.
- Monitor project budgets and track costs.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
