Job Description
Era Projects is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will manage project costs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), handle valuations, and ensure value for money while upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Monitor project budgets and costs
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in construction
