Job Description
Crescent Contractors Pvt Ltd. is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our innovative team in Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Windows 10/11.
- Strong organizational, planning, and strategic skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating quantities and preparing quotations.
- Assisting with material procurement.
- Reviewing contractors’ bills and managing purchase orders.
- Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule is essential.
