Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect coated components for surface quality, thickness, and adhesion.
- Monitor thermal spray parameters and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Conduct both visual and measurement-based inspections.
- Maintain detailed quality reports and address any deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with operators to resolve quality-related issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
