Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist responsible for quality checking documents at our Regional Processing Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify KYC documents for member enrolment.
- Update quality checking cases in the internal portal.
- Coordinate with branches on on-hold and rejected cases.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in document verification; Graduate/Post-graduate with strong communication skills.
