Job Description
Job Title: Quality Control Chemist Reports to: Quality Manager/Production Manager Key Responsibilities: – Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished catalyst products – Test metal properties – Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASTM, ISO, etc.) – Identify and troubleshoot quality issues; suggest corrective actions – Maintain accurate records and documentation – Collaborate with production and R&D teams for process improvements Skills: – Bachelor or master in Chemistry or physics – 0-3 years of experience in QC – Knowledge of spectroscopy (XRF, ICP-OES) – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
