Job Description

Nibav Lifts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Call Calibration, Call Monitoring, and Call Auditing. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and analyze customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Track performance metrics and provide feedback to agents.
• Suggest process improvements based on data analysis.

Skills & Requirements: 2 years of Call Audit experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹28,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, with benefits.
