Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Quality Assurance in the Logistics Industry, located in Mumbai.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Marketing, Management Studies, Engineering, or Science.
Experience: 5+ years in Senior Middle Management.
Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA.
This role involves designing QA policies, establishing testing plans, evaluating process deviations, and reviewing SOPs.
Requirements: Strong Excel knowledge, CRM systems understanding, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication.
