Job Description
Epifi Technologies is seeking a skilled QA/CX Analyst to enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be accountable for identifying areas of improvement through product testing, performing audits to meet quality standards, and providing insightful feedback to ensure the final product exceeds expectations. You will also analyze trends affecting agent quality and work collaboratively with team leaders to optimize training programs.
Key requirements include a minimum of 2 years in the quality domain, a customer-oriented approach, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. Experience with quality tools such as Sherlock, Freshdesk, Ozonetel, and Guru will be advantageous.
