Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting daily roll checks, and assisting in the procurement of Hyundai and Kia spare parts. Your duties will include preparing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), negotiating supplier contracts, identifying new vendors, and providing support to the sales team with order pricing and resolving daily purchasing issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with evaluating processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
