Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders and vendor documentation.
- Effectively coordinate vendor communications.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Provide administrative support and assist with customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
- One year of experience in Audio Visual and two years in Proposal Writing and Estimator roles.
