Job Description
TRUMINDS is seeking a full-time, permanent Purchasing and Stores Executive to oversee procurement and inventory for our restaurant. The role includes identifying daily and weekly requirements for food, beverages, consumables and operational supplies; sourcing and negotiating with approved vendors; issuing and verifying orders and invoices; receiving and inspecting deliveries; and maintaining par levels and accurate stock records.
The successful candidate will ensure appropriate storage and quality control, manage urgent purchases efficiently, coordinate with kitchen teams and management, and adhere to company policies. Strong vendor relations, meticulous attention to detail, and cost-conscious decision-making are essential.
- Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month
