Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Purchase YODA at Vertiv. The successful applicant will be responsible for the procurement of various items such as sheet metal cabinets, wire harnesses, fuses, and switchgear. Key responsibilities include releasing Purchase Orders (POs) based on MRP from the Planning Department, coordinating with suppliers for on-time delivery, and optimizing inventory to ensure effective space management at the plant.
Additional tasks include supplier OTD monitoring, buying plan estimation, and handling imports and customs clearance. Hands-on experience in supplier management and material ordering is essential.
