Job Description

Location: Andheri/ Kandivali/ Goregaon

Experience: 1 – 6 years in Real Estate

Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry.
• Familiarity with civil-related items (RMC, Steel, Cement, Finishing, etc.).
• Vendor negotiations and rate analysis.
• Preparation of comparative statements.
• Site coordination and managing back office activities.
• Proficient in Excel and data management.
• Assisting Department Heads with multitasking activities.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month
