Job Description

ob Summary:

Responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendors, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Track deliveries and resolve supply issues
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor data
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain / Commerce)
• Experience in purchasing or procurement
• Knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted)
