Candidates will act as Subject Matter Experts, managing Email Gateway, Threat Protection, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Responsibilities include monitoring dashboards, configuring policies, and assisting with customer escalations. Strong experience in outbound email protection and flexibility for after-hours support is essential.
