Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to conduct detailed research on specific events or projects. The candidate will identify needs and ensure meticulous planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
The role involves:
- Coordinating on-site with project supervision
- Overseeing execution and management
- Identifying key resources, including travel as necessary
- Managing manpower allocation
- Interacting with guests and relevant personnel
- Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting
