Job Description
Madona Industries seeks a Project Coordinator to ensure confirmed jobs progress seamlessly from sales through production to delivery. This control-point role — not a designer or salesperson — is responsible for receiving confirmed jobs, verifying specifications, coordinating daily with production, tracking timelines and deliveries, identifying bottlenecks, ensuring designs, materials and approvals are ready, and maintaining accurate job tracking.
- Qualifications: strong follow-up, multitasking, clear communication, attention to detail, basic Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp proficiency, and calmness under pressure.
- Advantage: experience in print/production/fabrication; familiarity with job cards, BOMs and basic design specifications.
- Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹11,873.84–₹25,713.65/month. Location: In person.
