Shift & Work Days:

• US Shift: 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM IST
• Monday (3:30 AM – 8:00 AM IST) – Half Day
• Monday to Saturday (9:30 PM – 8:00 AM IST) – Full Days
• Sunday – Off

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to 15% increase on current CTC
• Averaging ₹55,00/month in uncapped incentives
• Retention Bonus: ₹50,00 after 6 months
