Job Description

UniAthena seeks a professional Program Advisor to guide prospective learners through academic options, enrollment, and program expectations. The Advisor will be the primary contact via calls, email, and WhatsApp, provide clear explanations of curricula, timelines, and assessments, and maintain persistent follow-up until enrollment or closure.

• Assess learner profiles and career goals; present program structure, duration, assessments, and enrollment steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records; coordinate with academic, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues.
• Meet conversion targets while ensuring a high standard of learner satisfaction.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–4 years in admissions, advising, or EdTech preferred; strong communication and listening skills; CRM and basic reporting proficiency; organized and learner-focused.
