Job Description
WALKAROO INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD is in search of a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our production floor. This pivotal role involves supervising team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, monitoring production schedules, and swiftly addressing any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. Effective collaboration with various departments is essential to achieve production goals in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Production Team
- Monitor Production Processes
- Implement Quality Control Measures
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Ensure Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma / ITI in any field
- Experience: 0-3 years preferred
