Job Description
Uniforce Facilities is actively seeking a committed and experienced Production Supervisor to manage our post-production operations. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure optimal allocation of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Track production progress to address delays and bottlenecks promptly.
- Apply 5S principles and FIFO methods in the workplace to enhance efficiency.
Location: Savardari Bamboli Chakan
Salary: ₹21,00 – ₹25,00 CTC per month, including health insurance and provident fund benefits.
Job Types: Full-time positions available; freshers are encouraged to apply. Rotational shifts will be in effect.
