Job Description
Tirupati Garments is currently looking for a qualified Production Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations in our garment manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, in-depth technical knowledge of garment production processes, and a steadfast commitment to quality control and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules while coordinating workflow across various departments.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Address and resolve any production-related challenges.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee raw material procurement.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required. The salary ranges from ₹15,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month.
