Job Description

We are SRE KATEEL INDUSTRIES, seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production operations while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities.
• Monitor production processes for quality and safety compliance.
• Train and evaluate production staff.
• Develop and implement production schedules.
• Troubleshoot production issues.

Qualifications: 1 year of assembly and mechanical knowledge required. Proficiency in precision measuring instruments, soldering, welding, and fabrication.
