Location: Theethipalayam, Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹17,00.00 – ₹21,00.00 per month
Working Hours: 08:30 AM to 08:30 PM; Sunday Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations
- Effectively lead and manage the team
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Maintain safety protocols and compliance
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
