Job Description
Leon Placement Service LLP is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will set objectives, organize workflows, coach employees, and ensure safety standards are maintained while maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives
- Organize workflow and assign responsibilities
- Coach and oversee employees
- Ensure equipment safety and maintenance

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
