Job Description
We seek a diligent Workshop Associate / Production Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations of our design house workshop. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring workshop hours, supervising staff attendance and productivity, maintaining accurate time records, performing basic payroll calculations and distributions, coordinating labor needs with management, enforcing workplace discipline and workflow, and keeping the workspace clean and organized.
