Job Description
We are seeking a Production Planning & Control Specialist to coordinate production schedules, forecast demand, and manage material requirements to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory. The role develops and maintains MRP/ERP schedules, coordinates with procurement and production teams, monitors capacity and lead times, analyzes production KPIs, and drives process improvements to reduce waste and cost.
- Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, 3+ years in production planning.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP/MRP proficiency, strong analytical abilities, and excellent cross‑functional communication.
