Job Description
We are currently looking for a committed Production Officer to oversee all production operations at our facility in Tambati, Khopoli, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategic manpower and production planning for each shift.
- Daily supervision of productivity and performance reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Maintaining accurate production records and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualified candidates should possess a BSc degree or a Diploma in Production Engineering, along with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
