Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Officer to oversee daily food manufacturing operations. The role requires planning and scheduling production, optimizing manpower, materials, and equipment, and ensuring product quality, GMP/GHP, safety, and regulatory compliance. The officer will lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate maintenance activities, maintain accurate production records, and supervise and train shop-floor personnel.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in production (food industry preferred)
- Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP; strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Employment: Full-time, on-site; Salary ₹30,00–₹40,00/month
