Job Description
Dear Candidates,
Genix Resources Pvt. Ltd is currently looking for an experienced Executive Floor Incharge to join our garment manufacturing team in Budge Budge (Maheshtala). The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the textile and garment industry.
Compensation: Up to 5.5 LPA (depending on last drawn salary) + PF
Requirements: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities: Manage production operations, staff coordination, assess production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and resolve operational issues effectively.
