Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production In-Charge to manage daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and meet production targets. Core duties include planning schedules, supervising staff, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, enforcing safety and quality standards, and reporting performance metrics.
- Minimum 3 years in production management
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or ISO procedures; ability to perform under pressure and implement process improvements
