Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Managers/Leads/Sups to track and manage internal/external deadlines.
Ensuring the production database is up to date on a daily basis.
Handling dailes & deliveries.
Informing Supervisors about deadlines, targets, and other schedule information.
Help to maintain a positive, upbeat, and professional environment in the office, being proactive and solution orientated.
Maintain professional decorum on the floor.
Communicating information quickly and succinctly to all relevant people in person and via electronic communication.
Review and maintain render priorities.
Oversee the execution of deliveries of all temps and finals.
Other adhoc duties as may reasonably be expected job requirements.
Job Specific Skills:
Thorough understanding of Stereo & VFX/CG Pipeline.
Skilled in Microsoft excel and softgrid.
Strong communication skills.
Experience required:
Minimum 1 – 3 years in a production house in relevant profile.
Previous working experience in Stereo for high level of Hollywood movies.
