Job Description
We are seeking a Production Chemist to develop, scale, and monitor chemical formulations and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include optimizing production recipes, performing routine quality tests (HPLC, GC, titration), troubleshooting process issues, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with production and R&D teams to improve yield and reduce waste.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, 1–3 years of experience in industrial or production environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, precise documentation, and effective communication. Experience with GMP and industrial scale-up is an advantage.
