Job Description
RCPL-FAC, located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is currently in search of a dedicated Production Assembly Associate to join our dynamic team at Roots Multiclean. The successful candidate will play a vital role in production planning and execution, manage manpower effectively, and possess a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Candidates should have experience in production planning, strong manpower management skills, and familiarity with methodologies such as 4M, Kaizen, 14Q, and QCC. Additionally, the ability to monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and an understanding of manufacturing risks and their mitigation plans are essential.
