Job Description

myG Digital Hub is currently looking for an experienced Product Trainer to become a vital part of our team in Kannur, Kozhikode. In this role, you will train employees on home and small appliances, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to effectively sell and support our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate in-house training sessions.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
• Assess the effectiveness of training and provide constructive feedback.
• Remain informed on product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training, ideally within the appliance industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Compensation: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. This is a full-time, permanent position with health insurance benefits.
