Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is looking for a committed Product Support Specialist to join our Fastag B2C division. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining business metrics and collaborating with the Unit Head to develop specifications and business analysis requirements. You will take ownership of enhancing reporting and alerting requirements, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
Your primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing reports to convey key insights, managing and reporting data related to Channels and Priority Services, and serving as a vital link between Channels and Product to meet business objectives. A proactive approach to identifying issues and enhancing monitoring processes is crucial for success in this role.
