Job Description
Cognizant seeks a Product Master Data Specialist to extract item attributes and enrich product content following established SOPs. You will perform final quality control, secure customer sign-off, and lead RCA/CAPA actions to resolve quality issues. Accountable for process performance, you will support continuous improvement and automation efforts while maintaining strict confidentiality and meeting tight deadlines. The role requires shift flexibility and a proactive approach to ensure accurate, enriched master data that reliably supports downstream systems and enhances client satisfaction.
