Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive HVAC Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities for on-site projects. Responsibilities include:
- Issuing purchase orders according to procurement plans/bar charts.
- Following up on material billing and coordinating site deliveries with test certificate copies (maintain files at site and office).
- Generating and sharing delivery challans with site engineers and obtaining acknowledged copies upon delivery.
- Updating costing and budgeting sheets and preparing billing documentation.
Employment: Full-time. Salary: ₹25,00–₹35,00/month. Benefit: Provident Fund. Work location: In person. Candidates should have procurement documentation and site coordination experience.
