Job Description
Infosys BPM Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Process Executive. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and relevant experience in international voice processes. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities
- Have prior experience in an international voice process
- Be available for 24/7 shift work
Training Requirements:
- Successfully complete a 2-month training program in Mysore

Experience in Customer Service, particularly in CS-Service Desk or Voice support.
