Job Description
Cognizant is in search of a dedicated Process Executive to join our B&L team. The ideal candidate should possess 0 to 2 years of experience, exceptional English communication abilities, and strong proficiency in MS Excel. While familiarity with Network Cards and Payments is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
This is a hybrid position that requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage daily tasks. Working hours are from 6 PM IST to 4 AM IST, with the role based in either Chennai or Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts and ensuring timely responses to branch inquiries.
