Job Description
Career Wallets is looking for a Process Coordinator to streamline our operations by optimizing workflows and upholding quality standards through effective system development and problem-solving techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot operational systems.
- Train staff on new processes.
- Manage Google Sheets, Looker Studio, ERP applications, and dashboards.
- Evaluate current operations and implement strategic improvements.
- Proactively address company challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Hindi/Bengali communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
